At Levi's India, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.

• 2.
  Pack the Product

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days.
